The Standing Chimney Foundation

Helping Families Displaced by the Eaton Canyon Fire

What is The Standing Chimney Foundation?

The Standing Chimney Foundation is a small, charitable organization with the sole purpose of supporting families who have lost their homes in the Eaton Canyon fire in California. Despite the time that has passed since the fire, many people are still in need of assistance.

Founder’s Request

If you’re here, you’ve likely received an invitation from me or someone in my network to help through a donation. I grew up in Pasadena, California—just south of Altadena, the town destroyed by the fire. Many of my childhood friends and their families lost their homes and belongings. My aim in bringing you to The Standing Chimney is simply to provide a straightforward way to offer support if you’re able and willing.

How You Can Help

This is a short-term, focused charity. While recurring donations are welcome, our primary request is for a simple one-time contribution that will go directly to those who need it most.

The Standing Chimney Foundation is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
