Welcome to The Standing Chimney Foundation

Helping those in need.

What is the Standing Chimney Foundation?

The Standing Chimney Foundation is dedicated to supporting families who have suffered loss due to natural disasters, with a special focus on the children affected by these tragedies. In the wake of the devastating Eaton Canyon fire in California, countless families have lost their homes, belongings, and sense of security. Among the hardest hit are the children, who have not only lost their physical possessions but also their schools and the stability they provide.

Children are particularly vulnerable after such disasters. Unlike adults, they often lack the emotional tools to process and cope with trauma, which can lead to long-term psychological effects if not addressed early.

Our Mission

Sometimes, when sifting through the ashes, we find nothing. Nonetheless, our goal is to help children find hope, healing, and resilience. We are committed to providing immediate, effective support by connecting affected families with local therapists and psychologists who specialize in helping children navigate these traumatic experiences. Our goal is to ensure these young ones receive the care they need to heal and thrive.
